• DAA2 Series amplifiers are multi-featured amplifiers with digital audio functionality.
• Each DAA2 amplifier can access and process one of up to eight audio channels on the DVC audio loop.
• Amplified signals can be distributed via four Class B, two Class A outputs, or four Class A outputs in DAA2 amplifiers with a DCADC Class A expander.
• DAA2-50 or DAA2-75 series amplifiers can mount an optional BDA Digital amplifier for one-to-one amplifier backup, two-channel operation, or increased output wattage to 100W (applies to DAA2-50 series only).
• DAA2 amplifiers have two wire digital audio ports for connecting to wire DAL (digital audio loop) segments, convertible to fiber using fiber option modules.
• Up to 32 devices, including DAA2 amplifiers, can connect to the DAL on one DVC Digital Voice Command unit, and DAA2 amplifiers can be mixed with DAX and DAA series amplifiers on the same DAL.
• Optional Firefighter telephone riser on the DAA2 supports local and network FFT communications, and DAA2 also supports the use of an RM-1 remote microphone.
• DAA2 amplifiers can store backup alarm and trouble messages and provide an adjustable background music input.
